Warren Harris is the senior Technical Support Manager
with 20 years experience in both telephone, web-based,
and on-site technical support. He has significant experience
in managing and staffing 24/7 technical support call centers
specifically designed to support products in the field
of sleep disorders medicine. In the past, he has held
product management and senior technical support management
positions with The CDIS Group, Protogon Systems Inc, Nellcor
Puritian Bennett and, more recently, was Director, Technical
Services for Discovery Software, LLC whose sole product,
Discovery Outcomes, was acquired by BRAEBON in December
2004. |
